Welcome to the RTQM system
The RTQM system is an application which aims to improve operational efficiency of the radiation therapy quality assurance. We integrate complicated steps of quality assurance into the mobile tablet and the quality assurance work can be operated at anywhere and anytime by sharing real-time information among staff.
It consists of several individual applications, which specialized in the specific purpose, but the entire system of the RTQM system will cover the total quality management of radiation therapy. It is designed to require less training to use due to iOSs user friendly experience.
This application is to verify the Monitor Unit (MU) calculated by radiation treatment planning system (RTPS). MU is an important parameter for determining the delivery dose to the patient and it is necessary to be verified by another algorithm for the quality assurance of the treatment [1,2]
The RTQM system makes it possible not only to significantly reduce operation and maintenance costs of the radiation quality assurance, making it possible to reduce the operational burden of staff working in the field.
